This painting was done as a result of a walk with my eldest daughter when we visited Catalina Island. We were having a "mother-daughter weekend away," when she was just 11 and starting the evolution into a young woman. We walked and talked and admired the raw beauty of this place as we meandered along this dusty road. Great memories! (See BLOG post for more.)
