This original oil painting, 22” H x 28” W, is #2 in the series of "Spiritual Awakenings."
The inspiration for this piece is based on a photo I snapped in the Chesapeake Bay Area, where I now live. It was the idea of the beauty of the light, like hope, breaking through even the darkest days.
It reminds me of when I was a flight attendant, flying above the dark clouds below… I realized, it's always sunny 30,000 feet up!
I hope you see it as a reminder that light and HOPE is always present, even on stormiest days.
If this piece speaks to you, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
The art critic comments: "This original oil painting captures the dramatic interplay of light and shadow with powerful brushwork and rich, luminous colors. The depth and texture of the oil on canvas brings this inspiring scene to life, making it a stunning focal point for any space."
